Husband (oh my, still so strange to say it!) and I got married last year, amidst a pandemic. It was an intimate affair conducted over zoom. We had thought about hosting a larger celebration at some later point, but his friends & family live elsewhere, and most of our mutual friends are scattered all across the country. Planning such a celebration when the world is so uncertain did not feel right. However, I had always wanted to have beautiful, fairy-tale-esque wedding photos. So we’ve decided to just have our wedding shoot done instead, at a dream location of mine (Hammond Castle) and captured by my best friend who takes some seriously amazing photos for a living.
